It is 5-minute walk to Elmina Castle and about a 4-hour drive from Accra.
HOW TO GET THERE
If you’re driving a private car, the location is map-friendly. You can just put in Golden Hill Parker Hotel, Elmina and follow the directions.
By public transport:
Board a Cape Coast bound sprinter or bus and alight at Elmina Junction.
At the junction, there are loading taxis but you can opt for dropping which cost about Ghc40.
Tell the driver you’re going to Golden Hill Parker (it’s popularly known).
The road is just like many other roads leading to beautiful destinations in Ghana. A little bumpy but tarred.
ACCOMMODATION
Golden Hill Parker Hotel has 10 rooms with different views from the hill.
The rooms are ensuite and spacious.

Each room is well equipped with an AC, a spacious bathroom with shower (heater), WIFI, Television and a mini fridge. Amenities like towels, soap, shampoo, etc are also provided.
